Next time you’re in house, we invite you to join us for a Mexican flavor fiesta. Until then, try making this famous recipe at home.

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 Large Shrimp per Person, Peeled and Deveined
  • ½ Small Onion, Diced Finely
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup Mezcal

Method:
Saute onion and garlic in butter for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat until the onion is translucent. Add mezcal and reduce by half. Add heavy cream and reduce by half. Add salt to taste. While sauce is reducing, saute shrimp in a pan approximately 2 minutes per side or until they turn slightly pink. Remove from heat when cooked. Plate shrimp and pour sauce sparingly over shrimp. Pair with rice, salad or your favorite side.
